Yes starting at the Cantina could be "wasted time." The point is that you do have control of your characters from the start. Most games are timed based on how long you have control of the character, and I feel as though that's the more logical way to time. Just because you're doing something the same way a casual player would does not mean it shouldn't be considered part of a speedrun. Many levels in this game are played the same way as a casual player, simply with the mindset of going fast.

We're talking about at most 15 seconds here. It's not a major deal. It's just a small thing I and some others feel should be changed to make the rules more accurately reflect the reality of runs. Gameplay starts in the Cantina; as such, timing should start in the Cantina.
