But in any% you could still use power bricks if you collect enough studs to buy them? If that's the case, then it's not the same as "any% without power bricks". Am i right?
I agree. I think:
''Any% with Power Bricks'' should be changed to Any% NG+ ''Any% without Power Bricks'' should be changed to Any%, although I don't see why Power Bricks shouldn't be allowed.
(Co-op categories would also change accordingly)
I moderate lego Indiana Jones as well as this game and I think that the categories are much better set up on that game I'll try to contact the other mods because I would like to see a change as well, the categories look kinda weird.
Awesome, thank you Bentley! :D
Is name changing something that you can do or does it require a higher up moderator?
While I am here I'd like to ask if it is worth us having co-op categories? I can't see them becoming too popular (based on this and other Lego games) and I don't think they'll make much of a difference to runs. I suggest we merge Any% single player and Any% co-op into one category and to add an extra variable (like the one which shows the platform the game is played on) to show how many players took part.
Of course, if co-op becomes a much more contested category then we could always split them apart! :P
Those are my thoughts at least, just to help keep the page cleaner, though I'm not particularly bothered by it either way.
I'm still trying to get a hold of the other mods to see how to deal with the situation and if you guys have fixes let me know.
zulice, I really like that category setup and it was basically what I was thinking as well. The only hangup about it is the previously recorded runs because a resetting of the rules would constitute either a weird retiming of each run or a full leaderboard wipe which would make people unhappy.
Also as a final note, Emericus I have full power on this game and the only thing stopping me from changing all of this is consent from other mods
UPDATE: Category names changed, rules will stay the same until I can fix them. Also categories reordered so they look better
DS 100% should be a different game altogether because it's just to dissimilar to console/pc I'm trying to figure that one out now.
