UPDATE: Both the PC and Switch versions have been updated and now show correct ingame time! You can still use the autosplitter, of course, if you want to keep track of your pace, but you don't need to use it for correct timing anymore. :) For older runs this guide still applies. You can tell that your run was made on the old version when its ingame time in seconds has only one post decimal digit instead of two.

Hello! You might be wondering why many, if not all runs on this leaderboard have a different ingame time listed than what they say on their stats screen.The answer is simple: The old PC and current Switch versions of the game do not accurately convert frames into seconds! Instead of dividing 100ms by 60 frames, the game just shows one decimal digit - which will always be the very final number of frames. Until this is fixed on the Switch we need to manually calculate the actual ingame time. Fortunately, we have the exact frame count and can very easily calculate the time from there. What you need to do:

• Take your ingame time (e.g. 21:03.1) and remove the digit past the decimal point
• Take your frame count (e.g. 75781 - note how both frames and time end on a 1) and divide it by 60 (in this case the result would be 1,263.01666...)
• Truncate (not round!) the decimal number to the second digit (in this case to 1,263.01)
• Take the decimal numbers only and put them to your ingame time (21:03.01)
• Submit this time to the leaderboard and be happy that it will get verified without any changes! :)

Since both LiveSplit and ingame time only show two digits, I recommend entering only two here as well, resulting in slightly different roundings. However, at 60fps, the third decimal digit is redundant anyway. We just need to have the leaderboards be consistent about it, I might correct that in the near future. Happy running!
