Any% Route (includes walkthroughs for every level)

I wrote this as I developed the game's submission run, so the instructions may be a bit crude, but you'll understand it if you're reading it as you play.


1. Cave / Open Mic

go directly up and right to get sword, ignore box

go right and skip all boxes, go up through hole in wall to box room, get to ladder

box in the bottom left has the key, grab that and return to the hole in the wall

go down and attack the steel door

attack each dining table to spawn the ladder to the next level



2. Caldera of Confusion

hit fire back at enemy and go down ladder

go right and keep heading until the golden room

go into second golden room and go to the left

hit the fireball back at the statue

enter ladder in golden room

fuck you, grass section


3. Fortress of Misfortune

run all the way down and let the bat pass you (99% certain it cannot be outran)

literally just run down the hallway and don't stop (and don't clip walls)

hit pillar and then stand in the symbol

go right, continue right, go down, go right, go down, continue down, go right, go down, go left, go down, go right (you're trying to get to the bottom right corner btw)

stand on the black/white checkered tiles and go down ladder

play ddr and get a 150 note streak (note directions are random each attempt)

you win
