I'm about ready to try an any % run, but I wanted to know if there was an easier way to playing the Chinese version than making a new Nintendo account. Is there an easier way to change the language?

System Settings > System > Language > Chinese

Will this affect my switches language?

Yes but it’s temporary and once you change it back there’s no aftermath
