So I'm just wondering, do you only need picture proof time of your results in The Ultimate Choice speedruns or do you need video proof cause sadly i dont have a capture card. I could record it with a phone which would look terrible but i dont know if thats allowed either.

For Kirby games if it's wr it requires a video otherwise you can just give a picture
