This is my NG+ save file I use for NG+ runs appropriately. It is a ".sav" file and is located in <path-to-game>\KidGame\SaveData\KID.sav

I'm unsure if it needs the "DoNotDelete.txt" located in the same place and "profile.bin" found in 
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\261110\remote\profile.bin
To be paired, as only the .sav file updates. But I'm fairly sure you can just slap the .sav there when you want to do NG+ and then for NG just start a new game. Make sure to put this file somewhere safe so you can re-use it.

It has the UltiMondo, Dark Booster and all upgrades except for the Gunner's Eye, as that zooms in and slows down when aiming for headshots, which is slower than just spraying around and it doesn't actually guarantee HS's anyway. You're free to unlock it if you desire of course. Now you don't have to hack your money or grind it like I did.
