Is it possible that someone can make a guide for load removal?

left click on livesplit, edit layout, the plus, control, scriptable auto splitter than browse for the file which can be downloaded from resources

I have it in my layout but im just not sure it working

easy, if while you have the game, and live split running if the time randomly pauses, during loading sections, its working
