If you downloaded the game via epic then it's patched, if you have access to the camera, DLC or old game minus it's patched.

The only way to use pre-patch right now is to download one of the versions that were kept for prosperity's from a community member.

Yeah any current version will be fine if you run "Post-ogm", pre-ogm only works on unpatched game. If you check out the discord there are a few active people who answer questions and will help with learning, the run is pretty easy to learn
