I recorded the footage for my 100 tasks speedrun directly using the oculus software, but it's only giving me the option to share on Facebook, is there a way to save it on my pc or phone, I don't want to redo the entire run, it's a really long category and it really tired me out

If you recorded your run on the Quest, you should be able to connect it to your PC through USB and move the video file over that way.

You could also use sidequest to take the files off your quest ( I believe it is Oculus > Video shots > then save your video). Connecting it to your pc and going into file explorer to the same directory works too.
