GDQ Hotfix Beginner's Tutorial

This tutorial was done for a GDQ Hotfix show with the intent for getting perspective runners into runs as quickly as possible mitigating various sequence breaks that could cause a reset. The tutorial starts with installation/setup followed by general mechanics, and finally a solid starting route.

because it will reduce load times by a ton (we still use without-load-time)

give item_bacta			//remember you can only carry 5 at a time
give force					//gain full force bar
