Oh boy I haven’t looked here since my last submitted run. Had two pc’s crap out in me since then and there seems to be some sort of regulation put in place now around timing the run.

Would just like to know if there’s any rulings in place around emulators, which one is being used and what settings.

Hey, any reasonable accurate emu is fine: Bizhawk is a good one. Fusion is best avoided.

Why is better to avoid Fusion?

It's just inaccurate and deprecated, many Sega boards discourage or disallow it, whereas Bizhawk is accurate and constantly updated, and the frame count tool makes it ideal.
