Is there any explanation/video on how to do the kirby jump, I am using the same starting position for the first jump as BBF in his WR, I'm able to get it at like 20% consistency, and wanted to know if there's any other visual cues/frame windows, or extra info i'm missing. (something having to do with using/not using certain checkpoints)

kirbys arms are based on a cycle so the exact spot u save in matters outside of that all u can really do is watch bbfs record and try to save (and reset right after) and jump from the same spot

Depending on how good/bad your pc is and how fast it reloads the game, you might have to save further left or right than me.

Also I stand somewhere in the middle of the 2nd to last small background hill (almost middle of the screen) and wait until Kirby is at the small background hill to the right of it.
