Starts at -1:08 since you start timing as soon as you hit New. Mash your keyboard until you're in the submarine and you will gain control of your character at 0. Blank splits with icons to show when you need to take a picture, get hit by the fish, have to put out the fire, etc.

Just having found out about the 2.0 update for Iron Lung, there's much, much more content in the game, enough that I feel a 100% category is warranted. The requirements are as follows:
