A guide.

Run starts when you start moving, my strategy is to bind your livesplit to 1, and click the buttons 1, W, D, and SHIFT, and JUMP at the same time, while moving to the right side as fast as possible. Jump off the building and just get to Shrek as fast as possible, all you need is good mouse control and get to Shrek. Then, when you hear him say "SO MUCH, TO DO, SO MU" react quickly as he finishes the word much and you can hear a random girl screaming. 
Then, click out of the window of the game when you see or get teleported to the onion integument room, click back as fast as you can and hold down the buttons W and A and go straight into the door hole, jump right when you get out of the door, fastly.
 Then just go straight and don't stop with W, just relax and get inside of the hotel without touching anything through the right less hilley side of the mountains, since you might mess up and hit the wall if you go in the wrong direction, just follow the video.
When you hear the part where you are supposed to run away, better if screen goes black, IMMEDIATELY click your left mouse button as fast as possible until Shrek appears.
Practice this part a few times it is pretty hard, when you appear in LSD Dream Emulator, hold shift again, go back using the buttons A, and S, while moving your mouse into the upper floor direction. Get into the upper floor by going back a little bit and holding your SPACEBAR, and holding W and D, while moving in the upper right direction, be sure to look straight and hug the right wall really hard. Practice it more and it should be good.
Run inside of the dark way when you go down on the floor and just move as fast as possible with shift. 
When you appear in the Yume Nikki bedroom, hold SHIFT, W, and D again, get out of the room, go STRAIGHT left once you are at the balcony but don't hit the thingy, go into the leftest opening between the pink things and jump while bumping your head into the things to fall faster. Then when the screen is black, the run is over. Good luck.

Shadow of Shrek Any% Guide

To start off, you'll wanna turn 90 degrees to the right and jump off the roof, holding sprint (shift) towards Shrek. Once you reach him there'll be a loud sound effect, and as soon as the onions appear, tab out and click back in to the game, skipping the onion fall segment. We call this onion skip. 
	You'll then be in a cabin in which you want to immediately leave, still sprinting, and head towards the hotel. Once close, go up a less steep part of the hill to avoid flying too high, and head in, mashing click to get past the text file that opens. Some Japanese characters will appear, and as soon as you're in control, step back a couple paces and turn left, then jump towards the stairs and hold space to fly up and over the fence. This is known as stair skip. Head in the tunnel, and you'll see a pufferfish, then teleport to the last area of the game.
	Once in the bedroom, move right out of the bed, run out onto the balcony, and jump through a space in the railing. You've then beaten the game! Time ends on the screen going black.
