The Building

- Vending machine in the entrance area has a health, speed, stamina, and stealth pill for 1 HM coin each. You can get all four at this point.
[After Point Icarus (Flare Gun)]
- Shotgun is hanging from a vent in Ventilations (first floor, near max's door). Shoot the darkness with the flare gun, then shoot the wood the shotgun is hanging from. Then, go to the Ventilations in the basement, clear the darkness there, and get the shotgun.
- Allen's vinyl; In Allen's room, shoot the flare gun into the darkness in the room that the tape was in. (There is FG ammo on the shelf next to it). Go up to the attic and find the small hole in the floor. Shoot the flare gun into the darkness below, through the hole (there is more ammo in the ceiling). Go back downstairs and into the main hallway, and crawl through to where the darkness was. In the bathroom (room on the left), jump onto the bathtub and shoot another FG through the window there. Go back to the hallway and go through the new hole. The vinyl is in the darkness in the room in the door straight ahead from here.
- Health pill in the janitor room. In the hallway that leads to Max's room, one of the paintings on the top is just a hole. Shoot a flare through to unlock the room - you can enter from the Maintanence room.
- Stamina pill in the Maintanence closet. Follow the path opened earlier (see the above section) and look through the mirror again to reveal another fake wall. Shoot the flare gun over the fenced area in the revealed room and then break the planks in the wall past it. The pill is floating in that area.
[After Old Factory (Lure Pills)]
- Stealth pill at the end of the vent on the left balcony in the front door area, accessible by blowing up the crate in front of it with lure pills.
- Max's vinyl; Throw a lure pill in the engine of his truck, the Bull. Get inside, pull the lever. The vinyl is on the table at the end of Maddy's room.
[After Elysium Park (Radio)]
- A stamina pill and a speed pill on the roof behind wireless locks. Not sure if you can grab these while Tonia is on the roof, or if you're locked in a cutscene.
- Lucas' vinyl; In his room, you have to enable a series of switches with your radio. The first is beside the door. The final one will open a crate. The vinyl is inside.
[After Rainbow Tape (Bedroom Key)]

Desmond's vinyl; Enter your apartment. Use the bedroom key on the locked door in the back. You can clear out all of the darkness in the room with a single flare if you aim it right. The vinyl is on the back shelf. Try not to cry while reading the notes.

[Lighthouse Courtyard]
- Speed pill at the top of a crate pillar. Use the Shade to bring the pillar down.
- Health pill in the fenced off area to the left of the old house with two crates blocking the entrance. Use the shade to destroy them.
[Lighthouse]
- Stamina pill on the side of the mountain (after you open the gate). It will tumble down the hill and stop just before the edge, on a little peninsula, if you will.
[On the shore below the wharf]
- Health pill; Technically, you can glitch your way through the fossil to get the in the container to the back left of where you land. To do this glitchless, you need the flare gun. Come back to this location after you've obtained it from Thanatos to get it then.
- Stealth pill hanging from the fossil near Thanatos
[Milton Wharf]
- Stamina pill on the crane. I think you can only get it once the crane falls.
- Speed pill at the end of a short puzzle. Behind the warehouse is a large group of shipping containers. Use the Shade to lower two crate pillars holding up a container, then go scale up the structure from the left side (using the shade again to lower another crate pillar). At the end of the path is the pill.
- Stealth pill in a building to the left of where you entered the wharf. Use the shade to lower the crate pillar blocking the entrance to the shipping container mountain adjacent to this building. Shoot the barrels behind the window in this area to unlock the building. Inside is the pill.
[Inside the lighthouse]
- 8-bit track in the closet near the buoy key.
Old Factory
- Health pill beneath the crate on the track closest to the location of the hangar key. Use the ram to break this crate.
- Speed pill in the container at the end of the track the ram is on. I don't know how to do it legitimately, or if this is the legit way, but I scale some of the other trains using wonky hitboxes on the sign posts near crates and stuff. Just get on one of the trains and jump over the two cylindric trains (?) to get to it.
[Power Station]
- Health pill on top of the tower behind the power station. Stand underneath and shoot up to make it fall.
[Hangar]
- Speed pill in the assembly room side area fenced off. You know, the one you need to run around and find the panel for.
[Lab]
- Health, Stamina, Stealth pill on the back bench of the lab
[Lure Pills]
- Stealth pill in the container next to the power station. Throw a lure pill on the chemicals and the crate blocking the entrance will blow up, revealing the pill inside.
- Stealth pill in the area where you construct the ram. In the third door, throw a pill onto the chemicals through the window. This will blow open that container, which you can walk through. Follow the path to the end to get the pill.
- Speed pill in the tunnel at the end of the path where you lure the bull, just past the fence to the quarry
- Stamina pill in a lake in the area behind the hangar door that you break with the bull. On the island in the middle. Use lure pills to make the bull break the crates, then use them as platforms to get across.
- Stamina pill on the roof of the building next to the quarry. Run across the quarry to the other side of the building, climb on the trucks, and get on the right conveyer belt up. Make sure not to fall in the hole below. The pill is there.
- 8-bit track near the above pill.
Elysium Park
- Health pill in the fallen tower in the forest south. There are boards on the top that let you walk across, you can get on from the top side. Follow the planks and fall through the open hole in the tower. Turn around and walk back to the top when you're inside to get the pill.
- Stealth pill in the bathroom of Lucas' cabin. Go around back, jump on some stuff to look through the window and shoot the barrel to unlock the door. The pill is in the bathtub.
- 8-bit track in a box in the small shooting range behind Lucas' cabin.
[Radio]
- Stamina pill in the fenced off area beneath the other tower in the Forest South.
- Speed pill on the roof of a half-sunken house in the Sunken Cabins (lake below the Water Treatment Facility)
[After towers light up]
- Session fragment in a little dugout just past the bridge, to the west. To the east of the well.
- Session fragment just to the east of the bridge in the Forest center.
- Session fragment in the back of the Well area.
- Session fragment on the shore of the lake near the Water Treatment Facility. Near the sunken cabins.
- Another session fragment to the east of the previous one, around the hill.
[After WTF]
- Stamina pill at the top of the cablecar ride. Turn the cablecar around and once it moves out of the way it will be on the other platform on the floor.
- Health pill in the well. You need to use the valve to bring it up.
[After Visitor Centre]
- Stealth pill at the lookout near the visitor center. Sitting next to the podium (the podium is trapped). Requires Keychain B to open the fence to the lookout.
[After Returning to Bunker (Flash cutscene)]
- Session fragment just south east of the forest center in dugout. If you hug the right wall of the path the Flash cleared out you'll reach it.
- Session fragment a little further along to the above one on a hill. A road runs between it and the third tower (the cemetery). Near the Playground. Hard to explain.
- Two session fragments just east of the Bunker. Refer to the map; there are two small green paths on the righthand side. Both contain a session fragment.
- Session fragment near the entrance to the Church.
- Stamina pill in the "Mines". Open the door to it by radio-ing to the thing in the water directly beneath the bridge. The pill is on the rocks at the blocked tunnel, past the landmines.
- Speed pill in a container in the Forest East. The path to it is connected to the path on the right. It's hard to describe, I'm sorry. The container is wrapped in metallic foil on the inside. Use your mirror to locate the wireless device inside and the hole in the metallic foil that be used to open the container. The pill is inside.
- Speed pill on a bench in the playground.
[After Church Tower]
- Rosemary's vinyl; in the cemetery you will feel a radio signal. On the ground are a pair of glasses beneath a tree. Use the radio just behind the glasses (if not feel around for a little bit it's there).
[Crypt]
- Stealth pill behind bars. After you enter the crypt, go straight, turn right, go straight again. At this point there should be a cell to your right. On the wall straight ahead is a brick you can interact with to reveal a path. Use the mirror on the wall if you have trouble locating it.
[Bunker]
- Health pill sitting on the main control panel in the room just before the back door.
- 8-bit track after exiting the bunker, walk all the way around the radar tower.
Achievements
Nope.: Hang up the phone by walking away from it while on a call.
Point and Shoot: Get the pistol. The pistol slide is behind the middle washing machine - take the fuse from the 2nd washer and place it in the 3rd, and wait for the washer to move far enough to grab it. Another piece is on top of the vending machine in the top floor hallway. The last piece is under the table in the Maintanence room on the 1st floor.
Shopping for Achievements: Push a cart into the water on the way to Homa Mart.
You're a Mean One...: Look at the watcher through your mirror shard.
Turn that Frown Upside Down: Put the post-it notes on Dave's face after he gives you the locker key. Collect the post-it notes from a table in the CCTV room in the Manager's Room.
Pill Prescriber: Collect all 12 pills in Homa-Mart. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "Homa-Mart".
Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall...: Finish Tape 1.
GOTY 10/10: Pet Tonia. You can do this after Virginia's tape. You might be able to get the achievement at the very end of the game, but I'm not sure if it triggers.
Breathing Exercises: Get the Gas Mask. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "The Building - After Homa-Mart".
Take That!: Damage The Shade using a weapon (such as the shard or pistol).
Give Me All You Got!: Shoot down a Shade projectile, one of the crates that are flying. A prime time to do this is on top of the crane.
A Murder of Crows: Shoot a crow. There are many places you can do this, but I believe the earliest is in Tape 2 on top of the crane. I believe there are crows in Tapes 3 and 4.
Pill Pusher: Collect all the pills in tape 2. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "Point Icarus".
Lights Out!: Finish Tape 2.
Scatterbrain: Get the Shotgun. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "The Building - After Point Icarus".
Rodeo Clown: Stand on the bull for 5 seconds.
Ole!: Trick The Bull into attacking an inkblot. Self-explanatory.
Access Granted: Access the lab on the second floor. You need all 3 chips to access it. The 3V chip which is needed to power the lift can be taken after you unblock the hangar door. The Keycard is in the Archives.
Pill Prospector: Collect all the pills in tape 3. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "Old Factory".
Take a Chill Pill: Finish Tape 3.
Fully Loaded: Find all weapons in the game. This includes the radio.
Feedback Loop: Stun The Flash using the radio. The Flash has 3 wireless points on it you can activate with the Radio. Activate all 3 to stun him. (He doesn't have them all the time).
Good Listener: Find and listen to all of Lucas' session fragments. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "Elysium Park".
Unsung Hero: Collect Rosemary's vinyl. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "Elysium Park - After Church Tower".
Pill Popper: Collect all pills in Tape 4. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "Elysium Park".
Flashback: Finish Tape 4.
Pharma Bro: Collect all pills in your building. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under the section "The Building".

High Five for Dummies: High five the dummy in the rainbow tape. When running from Virginia's side to Allen's, you run through a container with mannequins around. After jumping out, a single mannequin has their hand out. Interact with it to high five.

Audiophile: Collect all vinyl records. Refer to the collectibles guide above, under "The Building", and the achievement Unsung Hero.
Patients and Grace: Finish the game.
