do exploits count as glitches or is it in game only, no external purely the game messing up.

I don't think so.... I think it can work with any avatar. It took me quite alot of tries to get that trick, you just need to press the button on it, line up in place and then there is a 30% chance of getting through the wall

Exploits are not permitted, glitch category or not. Glitches are simply just anything unintended to give you an advantage in the speedrun, while exploits can be abused and make speedrunning completely pointless, along with breaking Roblox's rules.
