This is the best strategy found so far for glitchless:

1. Right when you load in, press the white button for food and type in 1313 as fast as you can

2. Take the top and bottom parts of the metal tray and float them Infront of the laser behind the photo and the one on the wall, then lay the chair opposite to you downwards. Pull the brown book to open the big board

3. Grab the 3 plugs found while Jon Juniper is talking and the lasers are powering on. Put them in the correct places

4. You should have a couple seconds of dead time if you do it fast enough, get ready to grab the last plug when the secret drawer opens and put it on the board

5. Quickly press the green arrow then when the board opens, take out the radio jammer

6. This will give you lots of time to push the food cart back, grab the oxygen mask and place the cartridge on the table. Grab any hard object and break the window with your oxygen mask on

7. Reroute the plane to Lisben and spam the green button until it works, then spam the red button until it works

8. When the security menu appears, turn on the 2 outside breakers then flip the red switches that look like top hats. Turn both the spinny knobs. Move both yellow cards to the opposite side and change the slider to 6. Then turn the 3 knobs to green. This is all done in a very fast manner, don't wait for him to tell you what to do. Wait for the guy to mention how he can see the missile on his radar. Then turn the knobs to black and change the slider to 2.

9. Look out the window and wait for the missile launcher to be ready to be pulled

10. Pull it

11. Sub 3 everytime
