I wanna start speedruning any%, but what do i need to practice, should do to start?

I’m not sure but try doing runs and only practice skips and bosses like E pogo or QGA and bosses. Your time doesn’t have to be good so try getting nail upgrades if your new and maybe don’t try QGA. Sorry if I didn’t help I’m not much of an Any% runner so I don’t know just so runs I guess Good Luck<3

Fireborn has a very good speedrunning tutorial on Youtube. I would highly suggest checking his videos out. It is an older Any% run and is only for 1.2.2.1 but is definitely a great tutorial to check out. That's how I started my Any% runs.

use a combination of fireb0rns any% guide, gwonkee's any% guide, the current wr, and specific skip tutorials. It's how i'm learning and it seems to be going good so far. All can be found on youtube/here in the guides.
