It Not Gonna be 100% Every Time In The Run but It Reduce Percent of Rain RNG Around 50% - 70% If U dont sure that next day gonna be rain again like Yesterday did....U need to not Press Sleep too Fast(Delay Press)

This Game....I feel like it still Had difficulty adjustment In Rain RNG Even Silver Fish when u speedrun too good Silver Fish Gonna be stronger and Troll u around harder to catch it or appear for u.

sometime u do something mistake in everything that can reduce rain percent too (throw Item around lol)

U can run this game too fast but too risky to run so good (Confuse)

Or difficulty adjustment dont exist at all....Base Only on Your Pure Luck lol
