http://www.speedrun.com/hm1/thread/4bvac New rules have been added by JonahSpeedRuns, before those new rules, we started the timer when the select file screen fades to black (i based myself of Jonah's run to know this)
Since those new rules, Jonah's run is actually 1:58.196 and not 1:57.753 ( )
Mine is 1:58.187 and not 1:57.683 ( http://www.twitch.tv/bernacaz/c/6875828)
Aspercio's time is 1:59.328 and not 1:58.730 ( )
Golden's time remains the same (http://www.twitch.tv/go1den/b/316546198)
Conclusion: 1:55 is now impossible, 1:56 is impossible as well, 1:57 is now even harder to get.
Thank you for reading

First of all I'd like to clarify that the rules were actually added by me, but they were basically taken from that thread. I also feel like I should note that they're not exactly "new" rules, existing runs used these timing methods, and apart from a few frames (which are generally fine, people can't always stop timers frame perfectly), the runs are perfectly fine, and I've only re-timed them frame perfectly, because this kind of thing has come up.
So after re-timing the three runs you mentioned above, these are the times I have gotten:
JonahSpeedRuns - 1:57.98
Bernacaz - 1:58.26
Aspercio - 1:58.91
For future reference, re-times should only be used for runs that look off, not every single run.
Thank you, i don't understand, i timed multiple times, and, everytime, i got 1:58. for both me and jonah, and 1:59 for Aspercio, look like BKST is broken, or maybe HM1 isn't running at 30 FPS (i set BKST at 30 FPS).
I decided that i'll stop to verify runs for Any%, my timing is wrong (even tho i stop at black screen)
