Updated with strats from my Rhythm Master 4:06, as well as Phase 1 optimization and slight rebalancing of chips. Also my first Track 12 run with 100% perfect cutscene skips! The Phase 2 RNG somehow managed to be identical to my Easy 4:06, just in a different order, so I know my execution has in fact improved.
