ng+ you can use the glitch where you bring any vehicle you want like helicopters into mission replays

No Adam, upgraded vehicles/weapons is not ng+, ng+ is the vehicle mission replay glitch

ng+ is bringing other vehicles into a mission replay and the director mode menu glitch is also allowed
