The mission order for Angus Bike Thefts is completely random (calculated as soon as you first call Angus for a job) and cannot be predicted in any way.

10 possible bikes for other missions: -Bati -PCJ -NRG -Hakuchou -Sanchez -Hellfury -Nightblade -Angel -Wolfbane -Daemon
Even though I believe the Daemon is a myth, it leaves a 50% chance for a sports bike. You can cancel and recall Angus to get another bike. Like Powdi said, the mission itself wont change though. You can call Angus even if you have a wanted level.
