Taxi trip is allowed in "Mission 100%" category!?
Mission results cannot be saved if a taxi is used. Therefore using taxi is not interesting in "Mission 100%" category.
The rules say: "Must get 100% on the mission" Get 100% only on final screen? What about this video?
