upd: copyright claim does nothing in this case since it's not blocked in any country, the vid is still up, why mute a part of it anyway?
the screenshot doesn't show that's it's blocked in x countries tho? also if you're going to mute something, mute everything or nothing, it might not be specified in rules, but tampering with audio for only a part of a video is kind of questionable, especially on such a short video
