You don't want to void warp to the lot (left of the first yellow marker), even if you combine the void warp with a ~15 FPS cab exit while in the void, because it will cost you about 2 to 3 seconds when compared to the normal way of handling reaching the first yellow marker with a taxi.
The safe method of handling reaching the back of the truck (jumping the wall and sprinting toward the stairs) is about 1.7 seconds slower than charging straight toward the truck (assuming you're quickly making good use of ~2 RPGs).
