Recently I've been having a lot of trouble with Cutting the Grass. Curly Bob not walking out and then spawning after a long wait and him coming towards my taxi and just seemingly randomly getting spooked for no reason.

I've tested to see if a driver side door loss causes spooking but that wasn't the reason, I've narrowed that down to if I move/crash into the 'designated' taxi.

Just wondering if anyone has any info on the cause of the spawn issue more than anything. Can throw together a highlight or two if needed if anyone would be willing to see if it's anything I myself am doing.

Only once ever had I had curly bob take more time than usual to leave luigi's club.
