All granola bar locations on any% route

Includes some I didn't get on my 54:29 for anyone struggling with hp who wants more granolas.
Hopefully the images and one line of text explain it well enough, just ask if you can't find any of them and let me know if I missed any!
Update: On 1.3 we need more feathers from black anthill lab so there's another 3 granolas we can get on the way to the chest. Added screenshots to the imgur link.
