If you do not have any DLC Packs, then none of the DLC cars will be avaliable to drive, they will still appear but have the Add-On option. The DLC cars are from Tier 2 to Tier 4, and are avaliable from Season 3 to 5. Tier 2 Cars are: Volkswagen Golf R (Performance), BMW 1 Series M Coupe (Performance), BMW E30 (Performance), Ford Mustang Mach 1 (Performance), Chervolet Camaro Z28 (Performance), Dodge Charger (Performance). Tier 3 Cars are: Honda 5Zigen Civic Super Modified, Chervolet "Tyler MCQuarrie" Camaro SS, Nissan Daijiro Yoshihara 240 SX (S13), Mitsubishi Team Orange EVO X, Nissan NOS Energy 370Z, Mazda Panspeed RX7, Subaru Tomei Cusco Impreza WRX STI, Nissan Auto Gallery Skyline GT-R (R32), Ford Racing UTE, Nissa Skyline GT-R Group A (R32), Ford Sierra RS500 (Group A). Tier 4 Cars are: BMW Z4 GT3, Pagani Zonda Revolucion, Koenigsegg CCGT, Aston Martin V12 Zagato (N24). Other DLC cars are the Mclaren MP4-12C GT3, Nissan GT-R Spec-V, the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722GT and the Dallara IndyCar. These cars are only avalible when you purchase the DLC Packs, and are not avaliable to be selected unless they have been purchased.
