Above is an image of an approximation of what your levels and splits should look like, on a split timer. As of right now, these 5 levels are the most optimal in this run.
Make sure before you start, you practice the skips in BdoubleO, this is the hardest out of all 5 levels.
If you choose to skip the 0.5x speed portal in moving obstacles, switch that with XMas Challenge.

EDIT - Now that Double Triple Trial is rated, you'll want to replace it with Moving Obstacles (the longest level previously). I've also switched it with XMas Challenge since Double Triple Trial is less consistent, but any combination will work.
