Step-by-step guide on playing mods in Gimkit: Don't Look Down. Follow all steps in order.

Google Chrome

1. Click this link.

2. Press "Add to Chrome"

3. Press "Add extension"

4. Click this link.

5. Press the "Install(Ctrl-Enter)" Button.

6. Open Gimkit. Sign in if you aren't already signed in.

7. Click "🔧 Plugins"

8. Choose at least one of the following plugins.

• Input Recorder v1.2 - Records your inputs, which can be saved as a file and replayed.
• Summit Savestates v2.0 - Allows you to teleport to summits using hotkeys.
• Creative Platforming Patch Downpatch v2.0 - Downpatches the game to the Creative Platforming Patch, bringing back maintainable corner boosts.

9. After clicking on one of these resources, click on the "☁️ Download [Plugin File Name]" at the bottom. This will download the plugin file.

10. Go back to the Plugins menu in Gimkit.

11. Click the button displayed in Figure 6 below.

12. Select the plugin that you downloaded from the Resources page.

13. Most plugins use the DLDUtils library. If you get the prompt in Figure 7 below, click the "OK" button to install the required library.

14. Click "close"

15. Click on "📦 Kits"

16. Press "Play Live" on an existing Kit.

17. Select Don't Look Down as your game mode, and play the game. You can use any settings you want.

18. Press "Start Game"

19. After loading into the game, right click anywhere in the game.

20. Click "Inspect"

21. Click "Console"

22. TYPE the following code into the console and press enter.

Note: Copy and pasting this code will give you an error, so it is best to simply type this code.

23. Click the triangle on the left of the code on the bottom of the console.

24. Double click on a number to change it. Physics value names are the same as the subcategory names. To adjust height and maxJumps, you have to click the triangle on the left of the "jump" text to display these values.

• You can close the inspect page and still have the mods saved.
• You can end the game and still have the mods saved, as long as you're staying in the same game code.
• Closing the page out and loading back into it will NOT save your inspect page mods.
