Heya Kat, make sure you start your livesplit or other timer in admin mode, Genshin wont let global hotkeys work unless the other program is in admin mode (same goes for like discord mute etc)

Check if Global Hotkeys is turned on. If it's not, then that might be the problem. If it's already turned on then I can't help.
