In the rules it says "This leaderboard is now home to 1964 60fps emulator runs"

but I've seen runs at 120fps. Is that legal? How can I set the game at 120fps?

I've personally never heard of this, apparently herp has his game at 120fps. It technically doesn't matter, doesn't change the game itself running it at 120fps.
