unverifiable runs.

so roblox bedwars updated and i added new categories so I could put in a new subcategory cuz I didn't know how to add new subcategories to already existing categories without destroying the current leaderboards. anyway, I deleted all the old categories, but there were still runs awaiting verification on them, so know the modhub says i have like 31 pages of runs to verify, but all the pages are empty cuz the runs are for now deleted categories. is there a way i can a) see the runs b ) edit them and move them to the newly created categories that INCLUDE the newly added subcategory c) verify them

HELP PLEASE

I know that (at least) your super on that game @VyPr will know the specific situation you guys have on that board if contacted. But you need to assign 'runs without a value' to a new subcategory on an existing category to avoid losing them altogether. If there are 31 pages of verifications to categories that don't exist anymore, you'll probably have to make the new categories as planned, then edit each run that's been submitted to be submitted for the new category. Although because you're saying the mod pages are empty, I suspect a modhub bug as occurred and you may still be able to use the speedrun.bot to view a list of all pending runs.

I'm more concerned that you're coming to the game forums rather than the large team of moderators you work with for advice ':)

I have already moved and changed everything, and I tried talking to them but we r in different timezones so it takes forever, thought this might ben faster.

The only way to see those runs on the mod hub again is for the categories to magically appear. You guys should’ve verified all the runs before making new categories. You’re gonna have that number stuck forever.

You might be able to leave moderation then be re-added to it and you just might have an empty que and still be a mod.

That's embarrassing, you should of asked the other moderators for help

If it's the categories, not sub-categories, that have been deleted then

You can submit a support hub request to get the categories restored, site staff have a tool to do this

Or you can find the runs yourself and then edit them

A better idea:

Set the default for all runs without a value on a random sub-category. This will make the runs reappear.

For the future, you may want to consider moving outdated categories to misc. and labeling them as “archive,” rather than just deleting them all.
