Hey I moderate a game called google santa tracker and I am wondering if I should find a new mod/s. The other mod, Cytruss is a mod in many games so they often dont verify runs, So its mainly just me.

Nobody except for you can determine if you need help moderating a game. After all, you’re the moderator, you know the work that’s involved with moderating your game. If you need help, add a mod or two. If you don’t, then don’t.

If you're unsure, it's probably better to have more help but not need it than to not have enough and still need it. If you think having another person around to help would be good, then try it! 

Afaik there's no real harm from having a third mod or a verifier to help you.
