So on the "Resources" tab of the AC: Unity page you can download the 1.4.0 version of the game but when you put the .exe file into VirusTotal it comes up as malicious. There's no report button that I know of so I wrote here in hope that someone will somehow contact the site mods or the site mods will see this and check it out.

EDIT: Changed "mods" to "site mods" so people don't think I meant the game mods. The reason for this is that if I told the game mods it would be like a Jew going to Hitler to tell him about Auschwitz. My point is that I shouldn't go to the people who caused this. Just thought people show know before they say that I could message the mods.
Considering the result on the VirusTotal shows it as flagged by only 1 out of the 69 means this is almost certainly a false positive

@Neutrino First of all, I like seeing my speedruns on a leaderboard so that's the reason I wanted IL's on AC: Unity. Secondly I haven't been going around various boards telling people to add IL's. I did write on the Steep forum that they should add IL's as they only had leaderboards for DLC and then I wrote for AC: Unity. Thirdly, I am suggesting IL's and not ordering people to put them up and if you think I'm just lazy I'd happily help set them up if I had the permission. Fourth, you need to calm down and stop being so mad at me. Nobody said terrorist. And you're making a lot of bold assumptions about what people do and don't know. Now I'm not gonna say anything about what may have been said regarding ILs, but you're definitely in the wrong about the file. And I say that as someone in college for cyber security. Do you sincerely think that none of the runners noticed a file screwing around somewhere or that it was never picked up by a firewall or anti-virus software?

Most threads are not like this at all. Most speedrunners and communities are very nice and welcoming. This thread just derailed and two people got in an argument.
@leafy0519 I'm sorry that your first interaction with the site had to be this thread. This is absolutely not what the site is like. Almost every single game community I've been apart of has been some of the nicest groups of people available.

If you would have just said that it's a false alarm and there's nothing to worry about I'd thank you and see you as a nice person but so far you've been talking in a fairly rude way to me. I'm not even gonna ask you to apologize since you haven't done anything definitively wrong but what I do ask is that you talk in a more friendly way. I don't want to cause people to have an argument that leads to nothing so just talk in a friendlier way and move on. I think it's daft that it appears that the highest tier of staff are the only ones who can moderate the forums. I have put in suggestions about adding a third, lower tier, just for forum janitorial duties but so far no replies.
