I submitted a game request and it got rejected it said I did not show the run but I did show the run I am confused can I get a little bit more info on what I did?

I've checked out the reject reason, which is: "Please resubmit with a full game run". The video provided is a run till level 10. We would like to see a full-game run, from start till the end of the game. (from start to credits, All Levels, Full Campaign or what is considered the full game in this case).
