Hi,
I was wondering about this 'All' tab. Sometimes the boards has seperated tabs for every console version and I lose track of how many people actually run the game.
So I stumbled onto the Paper Mario boards and I saw this 'All' tab. I think it's a great way to seperate the boards but also shows you every run done in any%.
But does this mean if we want this All tab, we have to submit the run twice? Or could it be an option? Like: Show all subcategory runs in 1 tab.
Perhaps a feature request? ^^" Thought it was awesome.
Yes I know but I had this disussion with some runners because they think it's 'unfair'. Because they appear as 3rd place eventho they are first place if you remove the loading times.
This isn't an excuse ofcourse ^^" but thought this would solve the problem.
Edit: I do agree with you HowDenKing, but I was trying to find a solution for both
Because they appear as 3rd place eventho they are first place if you remove the loading times
If it's not too much of a hassle, why not remove loads from the time and make "time without loads" the primary timing method?
That's for sure an option! Maybe we should do that instead of seperating.
It can be quite alot of work because it is a console game and the run is atleast 1 hour long. But for sure worth it to make it fair for everyone.
Thanks!
I want an "All" tab as well, ROMaster's response is accurate. I think having subcategoris split by default is desirable, but I think letting users choose to combine them is also a useful way to view information, especially in games with lots of empty categories.
If it could be an option that would be awesome! But I do understand it is alot of work in the back-end to implement this feature.
