So I submitted a game application and now I don't see it in my pending actions, I never got a email, how would I know?

I'd assume that you would be added as a mod, so you can always check your info on your user page, and see if you are a mod of that game. Although I think normally you should at least get a notification of whether or not it was accepted or rejected. You may have also accidentally not submitted it after typing all of the info.

I've checked the queue for you and I see your game request got rejected. Normally, you should get a notification (bell icon at the top) with the reject reason. Could you re-check if you got a notification of this by clicking on the bell icon?
