in 2015 happened a "cutting" on french regions where they basically mix some together to have bigger ones, so like for "Aquitaine" it would be "Nouvelle-Aquitaine" but with inside old Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou Charentes. other regions had that too so if you want to take some time to check/change that here is the wikipedia with the new regions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_France or with french names: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%A9gion_fran%C3%A7aise
