Hello, I would like know if it is possible to remove the PIN code when I connect to my account ? Because I have to receive and enter a PIN code at every connection but I just would like be connected as fast as possible. I know it is for security but I use the same device at every connection and they send me a mail every time. Is it possible to remove this ? Thanks !

In the general user settings, there is this option: "Require e-mail authentication when logging in" which is turned on for you. However, what you ask (turning this setting off) is not possible, because it is required for all game moderators, which you are.

On another note, make sure that you are not deleting cookies and are not logging in via incognito mode. My sessions will occasionally log out, but not shorter than 2 weeks, for example
