Add a 0% Speedrun to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It would have the same rules as TOTK any%, however the % on the purah pad (specifically on the file you beat the game) must be 0. The YouTube channel Timber outlined the possibility using GSI skip, as seen here: O% TOTK
