View support hub status
Is there some way to see the status of a request that you made in the support hub? Previously for adding games / requesting moderation you could just check if you posted/requested it, but I don't see any kind of confirmation for anything I do in the hub and have no real way of remembering exactly what I asked, leading to a higher chance of duplicate requests. Is there some way to get them to notify you via email or something that your request is being processed like any other support forum?
I hope so... I now have 3 support hub tickets pending and no way to know what, if anything, is being done.
