I would message @Meta or @starsmiley on Discord, as they are site staff. Also hopefully you have your Twitch account connected to your Discord so they can verify it's actually you who owns your old account.

A bot means that they aren't a real person. And are instead an automated computer program making random posts.
Usually, these bots serve the purpose of advertising.
If you look at their comment history, then you can see this comment of them advertising a casino website.
And other bots on this forum make similar adverting posts to that one.
So they must be a bot.
