A run I submitted to burly men at sea hasn't been verified due to there being 1 moderator that has been inactive for 3 months. Is there a way my run can be verified by someone else? I don't want to become a moderator as I feel I wouldn't be suitable and dont meet requirements.

No, nobody else will verify the run. You either need to request to become the mod of the game or wait until someone else does. Site Staff, nor anyone else, will intervene and verify a run on a game they know nothing about.
