So since yesterday evening I've been trying to submit a Super Mario Odyssey Any% PB to the board multiple times but it never seems to actually get submitted as it doesn't show up in my runs awaiting verification and it doesn't seem to get accepted either (the mods there are super fast). I've tried a different browser, clearing my cache, and it still is not working. I seem to be the only one experiencing this issue as other people still seem to be able to submit their runs. What could be the cause of this and what can I do to fix this?
So is there a solution to this problem or is it just not gonna work for an unknown amount of time? Not even a game mod was able to successfully add my time to the board...
same problem, i've got runs to submit for hotline 1&2, i've had a community moderator try to submit them on my behalf but it isn't working. also other people have submitted runs

This was fixed yesterday as far as we know. If there are still leftover issues, please let us know.
Even tho last post was from a year ago. But i got the same problem now and I had a run awaiting verification for RE2R but it dissapeared so tried submitting it again. Now that page just remains blank.

In case you haven't seen the many answers in multiple other threads on the site which mostly say the same thing, the latest site update seems to have caused a glitch where submitted runs are not appearing in the runner's "Pending Actions" section. The runs are still in the site logs and game mods can still see them. Site staff is working on resolving the issue.
