I have no idea what this means, but every game/community handles emulation differently. You’ll need to reach out to the moderators of any games in question and ask them if your method of playing a game classifies as emulation or not.

If it happens to stand for "keyboard and mouse," I would imagine no, since that's just a different input method than a standard controller. Again, check with your game.
