so if I request a game and it is accepted, is a game-specific forum generated automatically or is it made manually by me or someone else?

The forum section comes along with the game, you don't have to set up a forums section, only stuff you yourself have to set up is in the settings of the game, setting up the leaderboards and basic info on the game

@SpiderSponge The aforementioned game-specific forums aren't the same as leaderboards. You're not answering the question that Jayjane was asking.
