The team is working to improve the design of leaderboards and is looking to collect your feedback.

Please take this survey to share your thoughts with us!

We are also recruiting participants of this survey to share more direct feedback during a 30-minute interview over video call. Participants will receive 1 free month of Supporter access in exchange for their time.

Thank you!

when it asks about the leaderboard (for example "The leaderboards are easy to navigate") does it mean the leaderboard it self or the whole game page

Iowa, USA

Well it says leaderboard not game page, so probably the leaderboard.

I submitted my feedback, but to be blunt, it feels somewhat like I'm wasting my time.

Back when Pac ran the site, I submitted feature requests to the Feedback forum thread Pac monitored. When Elo took over, I submitted to Elo's feedback Google form... many times. Now Elo requests yet another feedback form?

I feel like I am giving the same feedback over and over, and we've had what, like one feature update that actually affected leaderboards since then? (And negatively as well, in my opinion, with half-baked leaderboard redesign and comment features).

The numerous requests for feedback (despite very few actual changes) feel like an attempt to just constantly "reset" the number of feature requests or something, as Elo can't be bothered actually reading all the feedback they already have.

The fact that Elo provides a (presumably higher priority) feature request thread specifically for paying Supporters also leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Choosing new features to implement should be based on the merit of the feature suggestions. There is no need to constantly ask for the same feedback and even filter out feedback based on the users' willingness to pay. There are literally years worth of good feedback sitting in backlog by now.

If I'm misinterpreting the situation, I apologize.

Being able to scatter around feedback everywhere on SRC: on closed forum threads, on public forum threads, through the Support Hub, through DM's to staff, through social media, is counter productive for everyone including Elo themselves and increases Elo's workload as well causes people to not know if that pieces of feedback have already been submitted by others?

Why wont Elo just consider ONE place to gather ALL feedback and build upon that system over time? It can be public, something like Uservoice in which people can back certain feedback or even expand upon existing feedback with their own ideas and thoughts. That feedback can then in turn be used by Elo to easily isolate and filter feedback on pressing matters from smaller things as well as receive feedback on beta features, whilst still handing the community the tools to decide on what they feel is important and what is not.

Feedback can also be merged if deemed similar and can also be cross referenced through news posts by Elo and marked as done whenever something has been implemented. There are so many plus points to a system like this and I can't imagine this would take very long to set up.
